Forse manca qualcosa al tour, la cattedrale era chiusa per cui non ne vale la pena I'm not an art critic, but I don't find the meaning of this exhibition. Maybe something is missing from the tour, the cathedral was closed so it's not worth it

Нужно брать экскурсию или подготовиться к посещению, иначе сложно понять и оценить место. Входной билет недорогой, время посещения 1-1,5 часа. Grotte del Duomo, underground rooms, are located under the Cathedral of Urbino and consists of four chapels (Nativity, Crucifixion, the Resurrection of Christ and the Holy Sepulcher), built between the XVI and XVII centuries. You need to take an excursion or prepare for a visit, otherwise it is difficult to understand and appreciate the place. Entrance ticket is inexpensive, visit time is 1-1.5 hours.
M	M. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urbino è ricca di oratori, questo è uno di quelli meno noti ma di intensa bellezza. Si scende da una scalinata a fianco (a sinistra) della bellissima cattedrale. Si entra quindi in un ambiente di sotterranei suddivisi in quattro sale dedicate alle tappe principali della vita di Gesú. Le sale sono spettacolari, grandi, bianche e splendenti. Le opere sono suggestive. Il corpo di Cristo in mezzo alla grotta fa tremare il cuore! Così la seconda sala, con un soffitto magnifico illuminato da lampadari di una fattura e finezza uniche. Non si vorrebbe più uscire!! Il biglietto, oggi 18/10/2020, era di euro 3,50. Con lo stesso biglietto si può visitare il Museo diocesano che si trova a pochi passi, nell'altro lato (a destra) della cattedrale. Unico neo, c'è un solo cistode per entrambe le strutture per cui se è aperta una, l'altra è chiusa. Per questo motivo non ho visto il Museo. The works are suggestive. The body of Christ in the middle of the cave makes the heart tremble! Thus the second room, with a magnificent ceiling illuminated by chandeliers of a unique craftsmanship and finesse. You don't want to go out anymore !! The ticket, today 10/18/2020, was € 3.50. With the same ticket you can visit the Diocesan Museum which is located a few steps away, on the other side (on the right) of the cathedral. The only drawback is that there is only one cystode for both structures so if one is open, the other is closed. For this reason I have not seen the Museum.
