★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was curious to taste the pizza, which was not one of the best I had in Messina. It was a Saturday so it was quite busy, the service was really low and the waiters really really slow. We ordered before the table next to us, but anyway they received everything before us (it is not logical wasting time on Saturday with short of staff to pour all the bottles of beer to the table and to let us wait)... The price was also quite high.. So honestly I would not come back because it is not so "Optimus".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this pizzeria open on Easter day, for dinner, when all the other pizzerias were closed. It was a pleasant surprise and even more pleasant was the fact that the owner Lucia was very friendly and welcoming to us, even though we were the only customers. Pizzas were incredibly good, as well as extra large. We also tasted a very delicate cauliflower meatball appetizer, offered by the owner. At the end of dinner, we enjoyed an excellent chocolate liqueur. A pizzeria to visit in Messina, especially for those who arrive with the ferryboat “Caronte&Tourist”, after crossing the strait of Messina, for tasting a good Sicilian pizza. #pizzas #sicily #liqueur #Caronte
