O	Ombretta Pellizzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insoddisfatta pienamente dei modi con cui i medici si rapportano con la utenza(ho avuto a che fare x motivi diversi con 3 professionisti)...se tollero l 'essere brusco e intollerante nei miei confronti, visto che so difendermi,lo trovo assolutamente intollerabile nei confronti degli anziani.Mia madre è uscita mortificata e praticamente con nulla di fatto x un problema con l' impegnativa,quindi non dipendente da lei,problema che in anni di controlli nessuno mai ha rilevato.. X questo non metterò più piede in tale centro e non lo consiglierò a nessuno. Unica nota positiva le segretarie gentili e competenti. Fully dissatisfied with the ways in which doctors deal with users (I had to deal with different reasons for 3 professionals) ... if I tolerate being brusque and intolerant towards me, since I can defend myself, I find it absolutely intolerable towards the elderly.My mother came out mortified and practically with nothing done x a problem with the demanding, therefore not dependent on her, a problem that in years of checks no one has ever detected .. X this I will no longer set foot in this center and will not recommend it to anyone. Only positive note the kind and competent secretaries.

Mi ha ricevuta in perfetto orario e la visita è durata circa 20-25 minuti, con prescrizione di occhiali. L'ambiente è pulito e abbastanza nuovo. La Signora alla segreteria è molto gentile, mi ha misurato la temperatura, fatto igienizzare le mani e accomodare in sala d'attesa ben distanziata dagli altri pazienti. Ho letto che fanno la purificazione con ozono tutti i giorni. Era la prima volta che andavo, e leggendo le recensioni su internet ero un pò preoccuapata, invece è andato tutto molto bene. Io gestisco un bar e so per esperienza personale che, di 1000 clienti soddisfatti nessuno ti lascia una recensione positiva su internet, poi arriva un singolo insoddisfatto e subito te ne fa una pessima. Per questo ho voluto scrivere la mia opinione positiva su questo ambulatorio. I was seen last week by a kind and professional doctor who answered all my questions despite the masks. He received me on time and the visit lasted about 20-25 minutes, with a prescription for glasses. The environment is clean and fairly new. The lady at the secretariat is very kind, she measured my temperature, made my hands sanitized and sat in the waiting room well spaced from the other patients. I have read that they do ozone purification every day. It was the first time I went, and reading the reviews on the internet I was a little worried, but everything went very well. I run a bar and I know from personal experience that out of 1000 satisfied customers, no one leaves you a positive review on the internet, then a single dissatisfied individual comes along and immediately gives you a bad one. This is why I wanted to write my positive opinion on this clinic.

Dalla Costa , prescrizione di lenti da vicino +2 anziché +1 che avevo e peggioramento vista da lontano. Ho ripetuto la visita in un altro centro e ora la prescrizione è +1,50 e la diagnosi che la vista da lontano va bene. E' importante non prescrivere occhiali da vicino troppo forti per non abituare subito 'occhio a gradazioni forti. I write this review after having done the eye examination at another affiliated facility in via delle Melette. I was visited by dr. Dalla Costa, prescription of lenses from near +2 instead of +1 that I had and worsening vision from a distance. I repeated the visit to another center and now the prescription is +1.50 and the diagnosis that the distant view is fine. It is important not to prescribe too strong close-up glasses so as not to immediately accustom the eye to strong shades.
S	Simonetta Tarocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo bisogno di una visita oculistica mi è stato consigliato da un amico il dottor Moro..la visita è stata sommaria ,mi ha fatto eseguire accertamenti esterni dall'allergologo ..alla lettura degli esiti è stato maleducato e molto frettoloso 'scaricandomi' in cura al medico allergologo..non lo consiglio a nessuno!!! In need of an eye examination I was recommended by a friend Dr. Moro .. the visit was brief, he had me perform external tests by the allergist .. reading the results was rude and very hasty 'discharging' me in treatment to the allergist doctor .. I do not recommend it to anyone !!!
E	Elisa Cesaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima visita con il Dottor Mauro R.Visona' molto accurata, la seconda privata mi ha risposto che ha anche altri pazienti e lo studio è pieno(non mi ha visitato ,super sbrigativo 70€ ,altrettanta colonna x ritornare (all'andata c'era un incidente ) e sono uscita e ci vedevo Uguale.mi ha detto che devo farmi le lenti corneali da un suo amico..che lavora in privato..(ma se non visita come ha fatto a dedurre) E poi non ho capito 1°?visita ok e 2° a pagamento ??? lui aveva fretta ma io ho pagato,mica ha lavorato gratis.. x uno s.... V	Valentina Bressan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eseguo visite con il Dott. Moro dal 2010, sempre presso l'Optimedica. Nel tempo ho imparato a conoscere bene il dottore e ad apprezzarlo molto. Non è il medico "simpaticone" che ride o scherza con il paziente, ma al contrario il classico medico, serio, estremamante professionale e competente, che grazie ai 40 anni di esperienza riesce a capire velocemente le problematiche del paziente. Ho avuto necessità di fare degli approfondimenti eseguendo campo visivo e pachimetria e anche in questo caso mi sono trovata bene. L' ortottista che me li ha eseguiti era molto prepata e scrupolosa. Le ragazze alla segreteria sono cambiate negli anni, ma le ho trovate sempre tutte gentili e sorridenti. I have been visiting with Dr. Moro since 2010, always at the Optimedica. Prescritti esami di approfondimento inutili e rimandato il tutto a fine gennaio Effettuato secondo consulto e guarda caso, avuto diagnosi precisa, controlli settimanali precisi e scrupolosi ed ora in lista per intervento.
