★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non basta sentirne parlare, opportuno visitarla e scoprire che trattasi di una "signora palestra ". Cortesia, professionalità e attrezzature all'avanguardia, ne costituiscono i punti di forza.
Provare per credere!
It is not enough to hear about it, it is advisable to visit it and find out that it is a "gym lady". Courtesy, professionalism and advanced equipment, are its strengths.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una ottima palestra, ha come musica "radio Taormina" che é deprimente ma per altro ha delle ottime macchine e manubri, manca qualche macchina del tipo dei polpacci ma piccolezze, lo staff é formato da 2ragazze il proprietario e l'istruttore simpaticissimo, sarebbe meglio averne 2 ma dettagli.
An excellent gym, it has "radio Taormina" music which is depressing but has some excellent machines and dumbbells, some machines are missing like calves but little things, the staff consists of 2 girls, the owner and the very nice instructor, it would be better have 2 but details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente profano di fitness e palestra in generale, sono andato convinto che avrei fatto un buco nell'acqua, invece mi sto trovando benissimo. Personale super disponibile e amichevole, attento e gentile. Consigliatissima per chiunque voglia fare movimento e anche di più. Pulitissima, attrezzi e macchinari numerosi, gran bell'ambiente.
Totally profane of fitness and gym in general, I was convinced that I would have made a hole in the water, but I'm finding it very well. Staff super helpful and friendly, attentive and kind. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to move and more. Very clean, many tools and machines, great environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, situata in una delle vie principali della zona sud di Messina (pressi stadio San Filippo). Dispone di alcuni parcheggi privati (Non sufficienti comunque per tutti gli iscritti ma sempre qualcosa è...) inoltre con attrezzature abbastanza complete e nuove.
Dotata di area di vendita per integratori e attrezzature moderne, in un ambiente abbastanza moderno.
Locale pulito e accogliente.
Excellent gym, located in one of the main streets in the south of Messina (near the San Filippo stadium). It has some private parking (not enough for all members, however, but something is always ...) also with fairly complete and new equipment.
Equipped with a sales area for supplements and modern equipment, in a fairly modern environment.
Clean and welcoming place.
