★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di provare il Metodo Classico Pinot Nero 100%, 36 mesi sui lieviti, Extra Brut (dovrebbe essere il Tre classico). Un sapore forte, intenso dato sicuramente dalla forza del pinot nero, ma con un'eleganza e con dei profumi da far invidia allo Champagne. Ottimo prodotto, davvero complimenti al sig. Buvoli, chissà anche gli altri che buoni! Prima o poi passerò in cantina. Cin Cin!!
 I was lucky enough to try the Classic Method 100% Pinot Noir, 36 months on the lees, Extra Brut (should be the classic Three). A strong flavor, intense given certainly by the strength of the Pinot Noir, but with an elegance and with scents to make Champagne envious. Great product, really compliments to mr. Buvoli, who knows also the others that good! Sooner or later I'll go to the cellar. Cheers!!
