Small brewery factory, with a well-organized shop. All at a family level. Penso uno dei pochi birrifici in Italia capaci di creare una birra completamente da zero con tutti prodotti italiani (maltatura a parte).. Ci sono alcune cose da migliorare ma per l'impegno,il gusto e l'innovazione dó un 10 pieno!! Found by chance. And it was an almost unique surprise. I think one of the few breweries in Italy able to create a beer completely from scratch with all Italian products (separate malting) .. There are some things to improve but for the commitment, taste and innovation gives a full 10!

Birra con gli amici one shot in considerazione che non sto proprio bene in questo periodo e quindi solo una mi tocca e solo oggi... Chioschetto carino gente simpatica dietro il bancone e Birra scura Buonissima!!!! Le altre purtroppo non so però BRAVISSIMI!!! E poi di Pisa.... Ci rincontreremo! ? Fair in Bologna of San Locca or something like that up and down the arcades of San Luca ... Beer with friends one shot considering that I'm not really well in this period and therefore only one touches me and only today ... Kiosk cute nice people behind the counter and dark beer Yummy !!!! Unfortunately I do not know the others, however, VERY GOOD !!! And then of Pisa .... We will meet again! ?

Ero a pescia all'stituto agrario alla festa di Naturalia e abbiamo mangiato un panino e la birra di cui sopra. Non sono una cultrice o intenditrice ma è piaciuta davvero tanto. I accidentally tasted the Glaux amber craft beer. I was thrilled. I was in pescia at the agricultural institute at the Naturalia party and we had a sandwich and the beer above. I'm not a bitch or connoisseur but she liked it very much.
