Opera Taste Factory - (Piazza del Gesù)

Ho preso uno smoothie, a parte il fatto che non l’avevano segnato e ho dovuto andare a ricordarlo tutto bene, era un po’ smorto nel senso che si sentiva solo la base (banana) e la pesca era quasi del tutto sopraffatta, mancava un po’ il mordente insomma, però buona quantità e sapore. Anche gli amici che erano con me hanno avuto una buona esperienza dai te ai caffè ai dolci

Siamo appena stati in questo locale e ci è piaciuto davvero molto. Ottima accoglienza, buonissimi cocktail, tanta attenzione al cliente e buona musica (tanto che ci siamo lanciati anche a ballare una salsa in strada!). Grazie ancora ragazzi e davvero complimenti! Davvero un bel posto.

Sono stato varie volte all'Opera Taste Factory, sempre a colazione e mi sono trovato benissimo. Anche se non velocissimi nel servire all'esterno ho comunque sempre trovato cortesia e gentilezza nel personale che mi ha proposto alternative ottime quando non c'era quello che volevo. Mi era anche capitata una "invasione" di giovani mentre mangiavo in tranquillità, sono stato felice di vedere il personale "sedare" con decisione e educazione il troppo casino che la gioventù stava creando. Qualità del cibo più che ottima, sia da bere che da mangiare, tra cappuccini vari, tè e cornetti ho sempre fatto una colazione fresca e davvero buona. Credo comunque che il punto forte del locale sia la sala interna situata al piano superiore, un angolo davvero piacevole dove passare ore in compagnia. Una "stanza" molto intima che mi è piaciuta non poco. Da dire anche che il tè mi è stato servito con acqua calda e infusore con tanto di clessidra per regolarsi col tempo per una perfetta infusione. È davvero un luogo interessante, unico neo forse sono i prezzi un po' alti ma data la locazione, praticamente a piazza del Gesù, sia quindi comprensibile. Andateci e non rimarrete delusi.

Cafetería situada en la Piazza del Gesú en Napoles. Es un local pequeño pero dispone de una amplia terraza donde fuimos atendidos muy bien por su camarera. Pedimos cafés, tes y los pasteles típicos de la ciudad (Sfogliatella). Todo muy bueno y precios muy buenos

Me and my friends decided to rest and drink something in this bar since it had such nice reviews, with some few exceptions, but, unfortunately, in the end, I have to agree with the negative experiences. At first, everything seemed fine, we waited for a free table and then sat down, and started deciding our orders. I’ll specify that we were a group of SEVEN PEOPLE, since I think it’s an important particular. After we were ready to take our orders and asked something to the waitress that had prepared our table, already kind of annoyed while doing that, she answered us in a really rude manner, that really irritated us, especially our Neapolitan friends, that were ashamed by the situation. Although it was already not that enjoyable to be treated in this way, since we were customers, we decided to ignore that and just make our orders, but, between us, just one (1) person decided to not take anything, since they weren’t feeling well. When we informed the waitress about this, she got more irritated than before and, with an arrogant tone of voice, told us that our friend had to order something, despite the situation, which I believe to be very unprofessional because of the way this information was given. I think everyone can understand that they’re obligated to order something if they want to sit down, although we were a big group and the person wasn’t feeling well, but there are different ways to inform a person about this. Furthermore, the bad experience didn’t end here, because when we got the order, the waitress again treated us with very little gentleness and got a drink more by mistake and when we told her, she got angry and started almost yelling that we had to be more careful about a mistake SHE made and wanted us to pay for it. In the end though, she got to cancel that mistake and didn’t make us pay it, fortunately. However, the drinks were nice, but I hardly can’t believe that this is an Italian traditional way to treat their customers, so I’m forced to give just one star out of five. We all were deeply disappointed by the treatment received and hope that this can be fixed or being just a bad day, because the bar to be honest was in a very nice location and pretty on the inside and outside with comfortable tables and chairs.
