La maleducazione e l'indifferenza delle signore è imbarazzante, ore per cambiare un pannolone sporco, per sistemare una flebo, la scortesia con gli ospiti e con chi li aiuta facendosi le giornate li dentro è veramente fuori luogo. Abbiamo visto e sentito cose che ci hanno fatto male, lavorare in una casa di cura deve essere anche una vocazione, non una costrizione. L'igiene desta sospetti visto che come entri nei reparti sei investita da una puzza di urina insopportabile. Rispondo al dirigente che mi ha chiesto di essere più precisa in merito alla mia recensione. Mi riferisco alla struttura Pio II secondo piano. Il personale è insufficiente e poco cortese: non si può aspettare mezz'ora per cambiare un pannolone ad una persona che sarà anche anziana, ma conserva ancora il diritto che la sua dignità sia rispettata. Per quanto riguarda la puzza di urina, la può verificare Lei stesso uscendo dall'ascensore che porta al secondo piano. The staff is insufficient, and not very courteous. All'apertura del cancello, alla presenza di altre persone, a volte guardandomi in viso a volte di spalle e strada facendo per arrivare al punto di controllo, sono stata informata di cose riguardanti mio marito direi in maniera sgarbata (o forse non conosco abbastanza bene la persona?) Sala ritrovo: l'ospite del tavolo a fianco del nostro usava tono di voce molto alto tanto che per noi il colloquio è stato molto difficile. Perchè puntualizzo questo? Perchè quando è successo che in altra occasione mio marito parlava con tono un po' alto siamo stati subito redarguiti non molto gentilmente dalla stessa persona con queste precise parole" Se voi parlate così forte gli altri come fanno a sentire?" Medici che vanno oltre il loro aspetto professionale mostrando il lato umano e di sostegno per noi familiari. Mom was hospitalized in Odc for 6 months. I did not know the structure but I found the structure spotless with tidy and welcoming rooms. Doctors who go beyond their professional aspect showing the human side and support for us family members.

Richiamo e il centralinista con tono arrogante mi dice: se non ha familiari nella struttura la telefonata si ferma qui! Senza darmi la possibilità di chiedere come mai avessi ricevuto la chiamata. Se dovessi scegliere la struttura per il “biglietto da visita” passerei oltre! I get a call and can't answer!
