Il personale attento alle richieste e molto in gamba. Noi abbiamo provato un po' di tutto nel menu per goderci tutto appieno. Il ramen veramente ottimo, in abbinato con il sakè ancora meglio. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! In this place a real experience takes place, a journey of flavors. The location is wonderful, welcoming and clean. The staff are attentive to requests and very good. We have tried a little bit of everything on the menu to fully enjoy it. The really great ramen, paired with sake even better. I can not wait to come back!

I camerieri gentili e cortesi, spiegano bene il menù anche ai meno esperti della cucina giapponese Very refined Japanese-style restaurant. I recommend trying the Ramen, certainly one of the best in the area. The kind and courteous waiters explain the menu well even to the less experienced of Japanese cuisine

Questa esperienza è stata fantastica, era la mia prima volta in un ristorante di questo tipo e la prima volta che mettevo le mani su un piatto di ramen (che è stato eccezionale!!) Location stupenda e ben curata, personale molto attento e cortese. Io come detto sopra mi sono buttato sul ramen che era veramente buono, molto bilanciato nei sapori. Posto super consigliato, non vedo l ora di tornare!! First time in this type of venue. This experience was fantastic, it was my first time in a restaurant of this type and the first time I was getting my hands on a plate of ramen (which was outstanding !!) Beautiful and well-kept location, very attentive and courteous staff. As mentioned above, I threw myself on the ramen which was really good, very balanced in flavors. Super recommended place, I can't wait to go back !!

Carino il fatto di scriversi la comanda da soli, come nei ristoranti asiatici, ma prezzi piuttosto elevati per essere concepito come un bar. Ramen buono anche se me lo aspettavo più saporito, mancava quel qualcosa che dava maggior sapore al piatto, magari miso o qualche altra spezia, di sicuro mancavano i funghi terijaki nel piatto tipico ed i noodles erano troppo cotti, mi spiace ma dopo aver provato l'originale ad un corso giapponese, questo purtroppo non regge il confronto. Comunque un'esperienza da fare, seppur da migliorare. A fantastic idea created in Japanese style, the first ramen / Baia bar in the Marche, but which still has something to review. Nice to write the order yourself, as in Asian restaurants, but rather high prices to be conceived as a bar. Ramen good even if I expected it to be tastier, there was something missing that gave more flavor to the dish, maybe miso or some other spice, for sure there were no terijaki mushrooms in the typical dish and the noodles were too cooked, I'm sorry but after trying the original to a Japanese course, this unfortunately does not stand up to comparison. However, an experience to do, albeit to improve.
D	Defective Wandering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo locale insieme alle mie amiche, abbiamo condiviso tre piatti: un bao bun alla cacciatora (molto apprezzato), un karaage di pollo (eccezionale, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti) e i gyoza di maiale (buoni, il ripieno potrebbe essere più saporito). Inoltre abbiamo preso un ramen a testa, io ho scelto una novità: tanaki udon tempura. Il ramen era molto delicato, mi è piaciuto ma anche qui penso che non sia abbastanza saporito, sembra mancare qualcosa al brodo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i cocktail. Nel complesso siamo state bene, il posto è piccolo e accogliente, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. I went to this place with my friends, we shared three dishes: a bao bun alla cacciatora (much appreciated), a chicken karaage (exceptional, I highly recommend it to everyone) and the pork gyoza (good, the filling could be more tasty). We also had a ramen each, I chose a novelty: tanaki udon tempura. The ramen was very delicate, I liked it but even here I think it is not tasty enough, there seems to be something missing from the broth. We also enjoyed the cocktails. Overall we had a good time, the place is small and cozy, the staff are friendly and helpful.
