Non rispondono manco alle email in cui chiedi chiarimenti in merito al lavoro. Ti danno il loro bigliettino da visito per cosa ? SIETE SOLO DELLE INDETTE CHE MERITANO DI NON LAVORARE! E sentirsi dire abbiamo bisogno di una figura più grande senior,sei troppo giovane. E pretendono anche la ragione se ti incazzi.. Al massimo di fanno "contratti" di una settimana per sostituire lavoratori che si rifiutano di lavorare la domenica a natale e a pasqua....e se ti rifiuti fai pure la figura del vagabondo che non ha bisogno di lavorare... La Signora con gli occhiali, seduta alla scrivania davanti alla porta di ingresso, dovrebbe imparare a svolgere il proprio lavoro con educazione. Le ricordo che offre un servizio rivolto al pubblico e pertanto l’educazione ed il rispetto sono il primo strumento da utilizzare per rivolgersi al prossimo. Questa filiale non fa apertura al pubblico, ( così si evince dai cartelli che tappezzano le loro vetrine, di ingresso, con scritto di inviare le candidature per mail o per whatsapp ), ma avendo delle semplici domande, da avanzare su un loro annuncio di lavoro pubblicato, ho ritenuto opportuno bussare. E’ stato impossibile ottenere un chiarimento. La Sig.ra, una gran cafona, non si è degnata nemmeno di alzarsi dalla sua postazione, facendo cenno di andare via, perchè chiusi. Ho chiesto nuovamente di aprirmi, per una semplice domanda; a quel punto si è rivolta a me, aprendo uno spiraglio di porta, e con fare sgarbato, mi ha invitato a mandare una mail senza nemmeno ascoltare la mia domanda. Lavorate con le risorse umane e se questo è il vostro modo di approccio ai Candidati, la mia recensione può essere solo che negativa.
