★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE!! Don’t do it!! Terrible explanation and driver. There is 2 lines, but the second line only has 3 times a day. The explanation don’t match with the view . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Don’t do it. Much better the red line!!! And don’t buy at the hotel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible mistake. I bought a ticket and the bus just sits there. Two Hop-on&Hop-off buses have come and gone - and I just sit here staring at the same building. This was a huge mistake - use any other tour provider than this one. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the tour around the city, i think is a perfect option if you are visiting Milano for 1 or 2 days. You can hop on and hop off the bus anywhere and there are two nice routes.
Extra thanks to Paolo B, for going the extra mile, literally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses were not working. After waiting 40 minutes at a stop, had to catch the subway instead as the bus never showed up.
Never had such a bad experience with any hop-on hop-off bus service.
And yes, as stated by other reviewers, audioguide is not in sync with the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paolo B. is the best driver and customer rep ever! I’d lost my wallet on another bus and he found it, got my number, and drove the wallet to me after his shift was over. What a great display of honesty and customer focus! Open Tour Milan is lucky to have him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed the tour on this company. I think the bus condition and the staff is A+ compared to other Hop-on/Hop-off companies we have tried before. We were impressed of how professional and customer service oriented is their staff. For instance, Paolo B., this guy is the best driver and customer rep ever! My friend lost his wallet on another bus and he found it and drove the wallet to him after his shift was over. Amazing display of honesty. Open Tour Milan is the ride to Hop-on if you want to feel safe and make your money worth. Thanks Paolo and everyone on the staff that cared about our issue. Keep being so professional!!!
