Gli ho chiesto il tessuto degli articoli scelti mi hanno scritto cotone o controllato sul sito 2 c'era scritto misto cotoni l'altro cotone 100% . Tutti gli articoli in poliestere. Una vera scorrettezza e vogliono avere ragione. Occhio They are scammers. Ho avuto a che fare con loro un paio d'anni fa e speravo che la loro attività avesse fatto la fine che meritava, ma oggi sono stata ricontattata per scopi pubblicitari e ho potuto constatare che sono ancora attivissimi, solo con nome diverso (sempre "Open" seguito da altre parole). Avevo ordinato un cappotto, che si era rivelato pessimo visto dal vivo. Una volta richiesto il reso (che è SEMPRE un diritto dell'acquirente, cosa scritta anche sul loro sito, non credete alle baggianate che vi raccontano nei messaggi) è iniziato l'inferno: mancate risposte, contraddizioni, ritardi, tentativi di convincermi a tenere il cappotto o ad acquistare altro, addirittura affermavano che fosse passato il tempo massimo per il rimborso quando non era vero e nonostante avessero già ricevuto il reso. Sono riuscita a ricevere il rimborso solo scrivendo che sarei passata di persona in negozio per chiarire la situazione, ma a questo punto penso di essere stata "fortunata", vista la quantità di persone truffate. I was able to receive the refund only by writing that I would go to the shop in person to clarify the situation, but at this point I think I was "lucky", given the amount of people scammed. STAY AWAY.
