★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno sostituito una lampadina montata da un altro meccanico che mi dava un errore perché non compatibile. In pochi minuti hanno cambiato la lampadina ed hanno resettato l'errore senza chiedermi un euro per l'intervento. La prossima volta che mi si fulmina un lampadina vado direttamente da loro.
They replaced a bulb fitted by another mechanic who gave me an error because it was not compatible. In a few minutes they changed the light bulb and reset the error without asking me for a euro for the intervention. The next time a light bulb goes out, I go straight to them.

L’ambiente e’ pulitissimo e molto accogliente. 10 e lode !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone estremamente gentili e professionali che hanno capito il problema che altre officine, compreso la Opel di Civitavecchia, non avevano risolto o che avevano risolto in tempo a dire poco biblici! in più nonostante l’inesistente professionalità del servizio clienti lease plan hanno capito la mia difficoltà e il disagio arrecatomi dalla società di autonoleggio a causa della loro lenta burocrazia e si sono prodigati con professionalità nel fare in modo che non rimanessi a piedi .
Se mai avessi un altro problema ritornerei presso questa officina ad occhi chiusi.

Extremely kind and professional people who understood the problem that other workshops, including the Opel of Civitavecchia, had not solved or that they had solved in time to say the least biblical! in addition, despite the non-existent professionalism of the lease plan customer service, they understood my difficulty and the inconvenience caused to me by the car rental company due to their slow bureaucracy and they did their utmost to ensure that I did not remain on foot with professionalism.
If I ever have another problem I would return to this workshop with my eyes closed.
