Bisogna prenotare e poi aspettate che in accettazione ti "accettino". Mi sembra eccessivo per un servizio di assistenza a delle macchine!!! Alla fine devino riparare un'automobile!!!!! Lo stesso continua ad essere dal lato officina, dove si ha difficoltà a gestire questa nuova tipologia di vettura, le informazioni sono poco chiare, ma ho l'impressione che sia colpa della casa madre più che del concessionario. I was not impressed with the information on the electric vehicle "Corsa e" (the first approach is from August 2020) as they are still poorly prepared. The same continues to be on the workshop side, where it is difficult to manage this new type of car, the information is unclear, but I have the impression that it is the fault of the parent company rather than the dealer.

Pur d’avere una consegna celere ho accettato colore e modello che era già in deposito (bugia!) ho dovuto comunque aspettare quasi 2 mesi! Oggi x fare il primo tagliando un addetto area vendite mi ha aggredita verbalmente x indicarmi che ufficio assistenza era traslocato area attigua con altro ingresso …. Altri amici si son trovati male !!! Sales personnel give incomplete and unclear information I took a car convinced of a long-term rental and instead it was a loan that I did not need.
