Nel primo momento in cui si va per la funzione consigli pacati, quasi a voler rispettare il dolore, semplificazione di pratiche e disponibilità all'ascolto. Nel secondo momento, scelta e definizione della lapide, spiegazioni utili sia per la tipologia che per i costi (!) su cose a cui non si è conoscenza. Nella tristezza ho trovato persone preparate e disponibili. Francesca è un ottimo biglietto da visita in una situazione difficile.
