La professionalità nel gestire tutta la burocrazia, impeccabilmente e velocemente ci hanno aiutato moltissimo, sgravandoci di pesi inutili in un frangente in cui lo sgomento per la perdita di papà ci aveva lasciate inerti. Non ultimo la preparazione di papà, la gestione di tutte le fasi del funerale, dall’abitorio, al trasporto, alla chiesa, passando anche per le piccole grandi attenzioni (ad esempio la gestione delle nostre macchine, scarseggiando il parcheggio, una volta arrivate in chiesa) hanno reso tutto perfetto. Caro Ivan, non finirò mai di ringraziarti per tutto Your kindness, tact and delicacy with which you listened to us and accompanied us in the choice of everything and in all the phases of such a sad moment were fundamental for us to be able to face this very painful moment. The professionalism in managing all the bureaucracy, impeccably and quickly, helped us a lot, relieving us of unnecessary burdens in a situation in which the dismay at the loss of dad had left us inert. Last but not least the preparation of dad, the management of all phases of the funeral, from the home, to the transport, to the church, also passing through the little big attentions (for example the management of our cars, scarce parking, once you arrive in church) made everything perfect.
