★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio insufficiente e comunicazione con i familiari diretti(figlie) nulla ,l agente che ha eseguito il nostro servizio funebre si è mostrato reticente ,poco collaborativo ,di parte ...,spiego queste mie affermazioni ,in un momento di profondo dolore gli operatori dell' agenzia non hanno tenuto conto del legame della famiglia" figlie " nello specifico ,ma hanno rispettato le disposizioni dei fratelli del defunto, che non hanno contribuito alle spese funerarie,anzi si sono preoccupati di andare a valutare l ammontare delle offerte in chiesa dopo la cerimonia e ritirare il foglio delle firme di presenza,che l agenzia in questione non ha potuto consegnare alle figlie perché a loro dire già consegnato al fratello germano, la moglie e le figlie non hanno potuto scegliere nemmeno la bara. i signori della agenzia non si sono preoccupati d interfacciarsi con figlie e moglie perché fare finta di non interferire sembra la via più facile per gestire un momento di grande dolore e confusione,grazie per il vostro disservizio
