Nella disgrazia posso dire di aver fatto un'ottima scelta.Uno dei ragazzi, Simone si è occupato di tutto affiancandomi persino in comune per le pratiche di sepoltura.Ho trovato persone estremamente discrete, gentili ma soprattutto professionali.Nella loro compostezza ti accompagnano per mano in ogni triste fase del servizio funebre.La cosa che non mi aspettavo è stata che per tutto il tragitto dalla camera mortuaria al cimitero, mi è stato concesso di tenere all'interno del carro funebre la piccola bara in braccio.Si sono occupati anche di contattare loro il prete. Ringrazio di cuore lo Staff di Celi per la professionalità e per l'onestà di non approfittarne del dolore avendo costi contenuti rispetto ad altri operatori del settore. Si sono occupati di tutto tranne (per mia scelta) del fiorista, mi hanno aiutato nelle scelte e accompagnato nelle questioni burocratiche (come la concessione cimiteriale), hanno fissato loro orario veglia e funerale su mia conferma. Durante la cerimonia funebre per ogni fase mi chiedevano conferma quando procedere lasciandomi i tempi (e quindi la regia) del funerale. Appena arrivate le lastre dei colombari (competenza del Comune) il giorno stesso hanno prelevato la lastra per montare gli accessori (vaso e lumino). Pienamente soddisfatto, specialmente perchè in un momento doloroso è necessario avere proprio il supporto professionale e la disponibilità che ho ottenuto da Celi.
