C	Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che mi iscrivo alle loro offerte finalmente vengo contattata per un lavoro presso un'azienda di conselve di piccole dimensioni che cercava un front office. Al primo colloquio in azienda vengo accompagnata da una persona dell'agenzia che mi anticipa, prima di entrare, che lui e il titolare si conoscono da anni. Durante il colloquio questa persona con tono di supplica chiede al titolare di assumermi perché "c'è molto bisogno", l'esperienza non è un problema perché mi avrebbero insegnato. Alla fine del colloquio, usciti dall'azienda, vengo rassicurata sul fatto che il titolare sia una persona che tiene sempre i propri lavoratori. Il giorno dopo il colloquio mi contatta l'agenzia dicendo che posso andare a firmare il contratto, in cui sono previsti 8 giorni di prova. Peccato che ne farò a malapena 5. Al lavoro sono stata seguita, mi è stato insegnato molto per nulla da una collega. Il titolare non mi ha mai parlato per tutto il tempo. L'ultimo giorno vengo chiamata dalla solita persona dell'agenzia che mi comunica che il titolare non vuole tenermi. Dopo 5 giorni, cioè nemmeno il tempo di imparare il lavoro! Chiedo i motivi ma mi viene detto che deve ancora parlare col titolare. Richiamo altre due volte a distanza di due settimane e la risposta è sempre la stessa. Ne deduco che ci sono strani accordi tra titolare e agenzia, la natura di questi accordi però andrebbe indagata da chi di competenza. Il mio consiglio è di stare alla larga da questa agenzia, scegliete agenzie competenti. During the interview this person with a pleading tone asks the owner to hire me because "there is a lot of need", experience is not a problem because they would have taught me. At the end of the interview, after leaving the company, I am reassured that the owner is a person who always keeps his workers. The day after the interview the agency contacts me saying that I can go and sign the contract, which includes 8 days of trial. Too bad I'll barely do 5. At work I was followed, I was taught a lot for nothing by a colleague. The proprietor never spoke to me all the time. On the last day I am called by the usual person from the agency who tells me that the owner doesn't want to keep me. After 5 days, that is, not even time to learn the job! I ask the reasons but I am told that he has yet to speak with the owner. I call two more times two weeks apart and the answer is always the same. I deduce that there are strange agreements between the owner and the agency, the nature of these agreements, however, should be investigated by those in charge. My advice is to stay away from this agency, choose competent agencies.
