Dopo tante delusioni finalmente qualcuno che Conosce Bene i capelli ricci...non c'è bisogno di dire..." mi raccomando un taglio non troppo corto altrimenti non riesco a gestirli"...e così via.... Dentro il salone si ci rilassa veramente tutto il personale è cordiale gentile... E si esce sempre contenti.

Cordialità e professionalità al sevizio del cliente. Personale gentilissimo e che ti fa sentire subito al tuo agio. Bel taglio! Prima esperienza da cliente veramente ottima, ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Prima volta in questo salone e non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta! Non è una semplice parrucchieria ma dal primo momento, si prova un vero e proprio percorso d'esperienza con esperti in settore. Sono entrata un po’ impaurita avendo avuto brutte esperienze in passato, ma sono uscita super soddisfatta e contenta del lavoro svolto, esattamente come lo avevo richiesto; finalmente qualcuno che tratta i capelli ricci come si deve! Personale super gentile e professionale, attenti alle richieste, esperienza unica. Grazie ancora!

I booked online via facebook DM on their day off and still got a response almost immediately! (I didn't know it was their day off until much later). We went in today as a couple looking to get a hair cut & beard trim (him) and manicure and shellec polish (me). Armed with a teeny tiny bit of Italian, we were greeted warmly by Rosaria (who spoke English very well) and all staff members. We were immediately asked if we wanted a coffee or water and directed where to seat ourselves. The service was excellent. The hair cut and beard trim was spot on, with the barber and hairdresser making suggestions that were contrary to what my boyfriend usually gets done in Melbourne. Trusting them and their craft, he went with their suggestion. The result was HANDSOME AS F$#! -It made me want to take my boyfriend on a hot date immediately and show him off to the world! My nails were perfectly attended to, with additional works suggested (and completed) to improve the health of my nails. Not only that, but the beautician also assisted with picking the range of shades for the red I was looking for to compliment my style. If all that wasn't enough, Rosaria asked if we would like recommendations on places to eat to get an authentic experience of Palermo. Of course the answer was yes and of course we were provided with options for cheap eats, fine dining and local specialties. All bases completely covered. The team here all went above and beyond, made an Australian couple feel welcomed and cared for. I would recommend anyone to visit them for their services. Particularly couples. Get your man a beard trim and stylish hair cut. Get your hair and nails done. Enjoy being made to look your best together.

What a lovely experience we had! They are true curly hair experts. My boyfriend and I were both treated extremely well and everyone went out of their way to communicate with us in English, despite our poor Italian. Everyone was so lovely and kind, and the service is really extraordinary. My hair turned out beautiful - I have never seen it this good before. For all the thick curly haired people out there, I can't recommend them enough! We will definitely be back once we're in town again :)
