Personale SCORTESE e proprietari ancora peggio( si sono rivolti con toni molto aggressivi nei miei confronti, una scena assurda è surreale ). Mai vista una cosa del genere , è la prima volta che mi capita di essere trattata così male in un negozio. Mi dispiace per il vostro futuro fallimento ma se continuerete ad essere così maleducati e poco professionali ci arriverete sicuro.E concludo dicendo che evito di raccontare il perché di questa così spiacevole recensione , altrimenti sarebbe ancora peggio e mi limito a scrivere per non prendere altri tipi di provvedimenti. Un saluto a mai più! ABSOLUTELY AVOID. RUDE staff and owners even worse (they turned very aggressively towards me, an absurd scene is surreal). Dopo: tempi celerissimi, prodotto conforme alle aspettative (nike blazer amb black and white) e imballaggio adeguato. Consigliatissimo! First I called with a polite answer then I bought online. After: very fast times, product conforms to expectations (nike blazer amb black and white) and proper packaging. Highly recommended!

Ma quanto costate? Quanto costa questa barracca di scarpe false che tenete? Mo ve li do questi 10€ così mangiate questo mese. Mi dispiace solo per un vostro futuro fallimento ??? Ho acquistato una scarpa e avevo bisogno di cambiare il numero perché anche se la scarpa è il mio numero calza stretta. Ho tralasciato anche il fatto che la scarpa è sporca di colla e si vede che già di per sé è un difetto grave quindi ho contattato per un cambio che secondo la politica del signor commerciante non esiste ho dovuto per forza richiedere un reso a mie spese e siccome non mo conveniva pagare tre spedizioni l ho contattato telefonicamente per vedere di risolvere e capire bene la situazione ma il signor commerciante ha solo alzato la voce si è sbattuto e mi ha anche minacciato dicendo che è casalese e che mi avrebbe attaccato dietro la macchina.. Non ho parole.. Squallore prodotto sporco scadente e falso a mio parere.... commerciante incommentabile.. Credo debba cambiare mestiere. Esperienza orrenda e procederò iniziando con una denuncia. Order arrived on time but otherwise nothing positive to say. I bought a shoe and I needed to change the size because even if the shoe is my size it fits tight. I also overlooked the fact that the shoe is dirty with glue and it can be seen that in itself it is a serious defect so I contacted for an exchange that according to the merchant's policy does not exist I had to request a return at my expense and since it was not convenient to pay three shipments, I contacted him by phone to see how to resolve and understand the situation but the merchant only raised his voice, he bumped into me and even threatened me saying that he is Casalese and that he would attack me behind the car. I have no words .. Squalor, poor and false dirty product in my opinion .... incommentable trader .. I think he should change his profession. Horrendous experience and I will proceed by starting with a complaint.
G	Giovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un paio di air force 1, ho visto solo le recensioni sul sito e ci ho creduto, le ho acquistato e mi sono arrivate delle air force 1 palesemente false, poi ho visto le recensioni su Google ed ho capito, restituito(per fortuna è stato accettato) con 20euro di spese di spedizione a mio carico. Non consiglio di comprare da questo negozio. Allego foto di scarpe originali (sinistra) e quelle acquistate da questo negozio (destra), vi basta vedere i dettagli di cucitura per capire(è solo uno dei tanti dettagli presenti da cui è possibile distinguere). I bought a couple of Air Force 1s, I only saw the reviews on the site and I believed them, I bought them and I got some obviously fake Air Force 1s, then I saw the reviews on Google and I understood, returned (thankfully has been accepted) with 20euro of shipping costs at my expense. I don't recommend buying from this shop. I am attaching photos of original shoes (left) and those purchased from this shop (right), you just need to see the stitching details to understand (it is just one of the many details from which you can distinguish).
