★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato via Amazon merce da questo negozio di alimentari e tutti e 4 i kg di riso inviati erano avariati e contenevano pupe e uova di insetti.
Non solo. Dopo aver segnalato il pacco avariato ed aver inviato le foto dimostrative mi è stato richiesto di inviare al negozio il pacco con la merce avariata ( cosa ci dovevano fare? ) al che chiedo se non è meglio evitare di rimandare indietro il pacco ma di effettuare solamente un rimborso ( in tal caso mi avrebbero dovuto rimborsare pure 10 euro di spedizione su 20 euro di pacco ) e a quel punto il negozio non mi risponde e mi nega il rimborso che poi contattando l'assistenza Amazon riesco a ricevere.
Infine il negozio mi accusa di aver inventato tutto per avere il rimborso ( ho fornito subito foto che mostravano 3 pacchi integri ed uno aperto prima di accorgermi che la merce era avariata, ma comunque pieno ).
Stare alla larga.
I ordered merchandise from this grocery store via Amazon and all 4 kg of rice sent were spoiled and contained insect pupae and eggs.
Not only. After reporting the damaged package and sending the demonstration photos I was asked to send the package with the damaged goods to the shop (what were they supposed to do?) To which I ask if it is not better to avoid sending the package back but to carry out only a refund (in this case they should have reimbursed me as well 10 euros for shipping on 20 euros for the package) and at that point the shop does not answer me and denies me the refund which I can then receive by contacting Amazon assistance.
Finally, the shop accuses me of having invented everything to get a refund (I immediately provided photos showing 3 packages intact and one open before realizing that the goods were damaged, but still full).
Stay away.
