Permettetemi di dire che, in questo mondo è sicuramente un valore aggiunto ! Bravi e ...tanto tanto pazienti . Un sicuro unto di riferimento . Apart from the average prices, what makes the difference is the availability, professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Let me say that in this world it is definitely an added value! Ma... avevo fatto un contratto via web con vodafone, con sim da ritirare e pagare presso un negozio, però non sanno di che si tratta...comunque mi hanno rifatto lo stesso contratto ma la sim costa 10 euro invece dei 5 via web. Forse non è colpa del negozio, certamente scarsa professionalità del servizio vodafone in generale Courteous people. But ... I had made a contract via the web with vodafone, with a sim to be collected and paid for at a shop, but they don't know what it is ... anyway they made me the same contract but the sim costs 10 euros instead of 5 via web. Maybe it's not the shop's fault, certainly the lack of professionalism of the vodafone service in general

Non doveva neanche essere proposto !! Un iter che va avanti da 8 mesi,continui rimpalli,chiamate al 190 perché al negozio una volta fatto contratto...NON c'è assistenza!! Mi è poi arrivata una fattura da 426.56 euro,perché nel frattempo ho migrato ad altro operatore! Una odissea/calvario e perdita di tempo che riassunto così...NON dà la idea!!!! E non è ancora finita probabilmente! I was offered UNLIMITED Vodafone fiber ensuring coverage in my area / civic, never worked! was verified by the same technicians telling me: exercise not practicable! It didn't even have to be proposed !! A process that has been going on for 8 months, you keep repacking, call 190 because once you have a contract at the shop ... there is NO assistance !! Then I received an invoice of 426.56 euros, because in the meantime I have migrated to another operator! An odyssey / ordeal and waste of time that summed up like this ... NOT gives the idea !!!! And it's probably not over yet!
