Sono due anni e mezzo che seguo il corso di beach volley presso la OneBeach, e non ho esitato nemmeno un istante a provare altre scuole. :)
La location sul lungo mare di Vindicio me la fa amare ancor di più, per non parlare di un personale sempre professionale, affabile e disponibile!
Una gemma rara per questa città;)

I've been following the beach volleyball course at OneBeach for two and a half years, and I didn't hesitate for a moment to try other schools. :)
The location on the seafront of Vindicio makes me love it even more, not to mention the always professional, friendly and helpful staff!
A rare gem for this city;)

Con la mia compagna abbiamo incontrato Francesco (coach e fondatore) il quale ci ha ospitato in uno dei suoi training insieme ad aspiranti beachvolleyisti. Gli esercizi da eseguire sono stati modificati per l'occasione (essendo noi poco allenati), ma l'impronta e la sequenzialità degli stessi hanno dimostrato ciò che sarebbe stato facile dedurre dal pedigree di Francesco (che ha fatto parte dell'entourage Nazionale e ancora beachvolleyista di alto livello). Abbiamo anche conosciuto, oltre la simpatia, il cuore, la modestia e la professionalità del coach, l'allegria del gruppo frequentante (che ci ha subito coinvolto in una rigenerante cena sul luogo!).
A reference for beach volleyball fans in the area, easily accessible and with all the comforts of the host establishment. With my partner we met Francesco (coach and founder) who hosted us in one of his trainings together with aspiring beach volleyball players. The exercises to be performed have been modified for the occasion (as we are not very trained), but the imprint and the sequentiality of the same have shown what it would have been easy to deduce from the pedigree of Francesco (who was part of the National entourage and still high-level beach volleyball player). We also met, in addition to the friendliness, the heart, the modesty and the professionalism of the coach, the cheerfulness of the attending group (who immediately involved us in a regenerating dinner on the spot!).

One Beach is Formia's first Beach Volleyball school.
Our courses are open to everyone, for all ages (from 5 to 99 years old) and for all levels of play, Junior, Under, Amateur, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Pro.
All our courses are entrusted to qualified Federal teachers.
In addition to the courses we also organize tournaments and events.
Not the usual beach volleyball but BEACHVOLLEY ... beware of imitations !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OneBeach is an excellent beach volley school, open all year long, indeed a unique example in the whole region.
There are many trainers, all very professional and committed.
Atmosphere is friendly but everyone is focused on daily workout too.
Here you can meet both strong players and beginners, both m/w spanning along any age (from 10y to 60y)
Francesco is the director of the school, he is a very nice and friendly man, passionated by sport, he is highly skilled technically, precise and professional and btw, among the best beach-volley players in Italy today
