Usciva spesso dal negozio lasciandoti sola.. Avevo anche il taglio ma ci ho rinunciato mai trovato un servizio così. In più dopo ore e ore seduta quando mi sono alzata dalla seduta avevo il vestito macchiato di tinta e neanche una scusa o quantomeno un tentativo di recupero! Ci sarebbero altre cose ma credo siano abbastanza giá cosi Mi sono trovata molto male Little satisfied little professionalism little kindness .. Did not understand the color that I wanted so I went out with another color..even if it is not bad .. He often left the shop leaving you alone .. I also had the cut but I gave up never found such a service. Ha esaudito le mie richieste dimostrando molta pazienza in quanto ho chiesto un colore con sfumature particolari. Sono molto soddisfatta sia del colore che del taglio. Esperienza decisamente positiva. Marco was very kind, helpful and pleasant. He fulfilled my requests showing a lot of patience as I asked for a color with particular shades. Purtroppo il suo collaboratore non è assolutamente in grado di lavorare in questo settore. Simpatico ma inesperto , anche al lavaggio sei capelli senza il Minimo tatto. Completamente fiori posto. Ho sbagliato a spiegarmi cosa volevo ,mi ha fatto tornare facendomi pagare solo la piega, molto disponibile . I capelli sono morbidissimi malgrado la tinta fatta due volte . Gentile e attento alle richieste mi ha chiesto un confronto prima di procedere ai tagli per ottenere l'effetto che preferivo. Tornerò sicuramente per provare anche la colorazione! Consigliatissimo!
