★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!! Ho portato a lavare giacche e pantaloni da sci. Come risultato 2 giacche sono state distrutte ( allego foto). Ho provato a parlare con i proprietari e la risposta è stata che il problema non è stato il lavaggio o l’asciugatura, ma o un difetto di fabbrica ( peccato che le giacche erano già state lavate una volta) , oppure ero stata io stessa a distruggere i capi. Disonesti e incometenti!
 Bad experience !! I took ski jackets and pants to wash. As a result 2 jackets were destroyed (attached photos). I tried to talk to the owners and the answer was that the problem wasn't washing or drying, but either a factory defect (too bad the jackets had already been washed once), or I had been to destroy the leaders. Dishonest and inconsiderate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a traveler in Rome this week, this place is 5 star! I brought a bag full of two week's worth of dirty travel clothes, dropped them off and picked them back up in less than two hours. No waiting or anything. It cost less than $15 and was fast efficient and they spoke english which was very accommodating. Would highly recommend! Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Italy and first time going to Lavanderia Ondablu. I walked in about to do everything myself but the very nice lady behind the desk took my clothes (about a week and two days worth of dirty clothes) and did everything herself. I came back two hours later and they were waiting for me nice and folded. It's very cheap too. About 10 shirts, three pairs of jeans, 8-10 pairs of boxers and a few pairs of socks for 11 euros. Highly recommend. Thank you very much for the professional service.
