Emittente di Leonforte nata nel 1977 come radio parrocchiale per iniziativa di Padre Antonino La Giglia e di padre Filippo Mammano. La parrocchia era quella del S.S. Salvatore e dal campanile della Chiesa vengono irradiate le trasmissioni, Radio Onda Libera irradia i suoi programmi dai 103,000 mhz da qui il nome. Negli anni '80 l'emittente diventa la radio della Diocesi di Nicosia, ed allarga la propria area di copertura irradiando i suoi programmi anche dai 90,000; 91,300; 92,800; 93,100; 99,600 e 103,300. Negli anni '90 arriva ad avere otto studi e a coprire quasi tutta la provincia di Enna. Nel 2003 si affilia al circuito InBlu. Oggi Radio Onda Libera 103 ha sede in Via Sicilia 1 a Leonoforte.
 A small radio that has been a gym for many young people. Issuer of Leonforte born in 1977 as a parish radio initiative of Father Antonino Giglia and father Philip Mammano. The parish was that of S.S. Salvatore and the church tower are irradiated broadcasts, Radio Onda Libera radiates its programs from 103.000 MHz, hence the name. In the 80s the issuer becomes the radio of the Diocese of Nicosia, and enlarging its coverage area radiating its programs even by 90,000; 91.300; 92.800; 93.100; 99.600 and 103.300. In the 90s he comes to having eight studies and to cover almost the entire province of Enna. In 2003 he is affiliated to InBlu circuit. Today Radio Onda Libera 103 offices in Via Sicilia 1 to Leonoforte.
