K	Katja Lind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooles Ambiente. Leider war der Service total verpeilt. Karte gibt es nur mit QR-Code, bestellen mussten wir auch im Restaurant online. Das war schon mal komisch. Der bestellte Wein kam dann aber erst, als wir nach 20min nachgefragt haben, wo er denn bleibt. Ein Essen kam so früh, dass die Person fertig war, als das andere Essen serviert wurde und die Suppe kam zur Hauptspeise. Das Essen selber war aber durchweg sehr gut!!! Cool ambience. Unfortunately, the service was totally ruined. The card is only available with a QR code, we also had to order online in the restaurant. That was weird. The ordered wine only came when we asked after 20 minutes where it was. One meal came so early that the person was ready when the other meal was served and the soup came with the main course. The food itself was very good!

Pesce freschissimo e carta dei vini fornita per tutti i gusti. Possibilità di scegliere piatti di carne a base di wagyu. Prezzi elevati ma in linea con la qualità del cibo. A mio avviso è il miglior ristorante di cucina giapponese che io abbia mai provato sino ad oggi. Very refined restaurant where you can appreciate a classy cuisine, not to be taken for granted with impeccable service. The dishes look like works of art. Fresh fish and a wine list for all tastes. Possibility to choose wagyu-based meat dishes. High prices but in line with the quality of the food. In my opinion it is the best Japanese cuisine restaurant I have ever tried to date.

Il tutto presentato in maniera elegante e gestito dal personale in modo impeccabile. Personale molto professionale, attento ai gusti dei clienti e sempre disponibili e gentili. Il cliente viene "coccolato" sin dall'inizio con un entrèe di benvenuto dello chef. Vino ottimo e dolci sublimi. Cosa utile, soprattutto nei giorni di massimo afflusso, poter prenotare tramite il ristorante anche il posto auto nel parcheggio.Da ritornarci subito. we had the chance to come back to this wonderful place several times. Senza niente togliere ad alcuni nomi altisonanti che abbiamo in città, con targhe ed attestati più o meno veritieri???, troviamo un locale in via del Chiatamone nuovo per età ( ha un anno!!!) e per struttura. Si è mangiato benissimo in una atmosfera moderna, essenziale e rilassante /rilassata . I miei complimenti al cuoco bravissimo ed allo staff intero che ci ha presentato le leccornie cn garbo e discrezione. Il pesce davvero fresco ha fatto il resto, con preparazioni laboriose ed invitanti. Sono rimasto soddisfatto!!! ?E ci tornerò. Il the fork, con la sua scontistica, ci ha aiutati a bilanciare le spese!! Attenzione però alla Carta dei vini, va presentata sempre e comunque! ? È un vero biglietto da visita( ma è in aggiornamento!!! da troppo tempo). Oooh finally a sushi in Naples as I say !!! Servizio impeccabile e svelto, tempo di ordinare, al massimo 2 min ed hai già tutto al tavolo, nessun ritardo, piatti presentati con stile, qualità ottima del cibo e l'equilibrio di alcuni sapori come il rapporto tra salmone e tartufo o salmone e mango è davvero delizioso. Un sogno alla portata di tutti, o per i più appassionati della cucina orientale e soprattutto giapponese, ad un prezzo davvero modesto. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci tornerò al più presto.

I am used to japonese food in London and I can assure that their attention to details, quality and mix of flavours are oustanding.
