★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono più di 5 anni ormai che sono con Omnia per tutte le utenze e da poco anche con la fibra, e non ho intenzione di cambiare, bollette trasparenti e servizio clienti sempre a disposizione, continuate così!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente da oltre un anno e posso dire di essere estremamente soddisfatto. Costi contenuti, servizio clienti formato e disponibile. Nonostante i costi delle materie prime siano schizzati alle stelle Omnia riesce sempre a trovare la soluzione più adatta.
Bravi tutti.
I have been their customer for over a year and I can say that I am extremely satisfied. Low costs, trained and helpful customer service. Although the costs of raw materials have skyrocketed, Omnia always manages to find the most suitable solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior fornitore di energia elettrica in Italia! Ecco alcuni esempi: periodo pandemia Marzo/Maggio 2020 intervento governativo per slittare i pagamenti della fornitura di energia e ominia che fa? Manda le fatture successive con addebiti fino a 60€ di ritardati pagamenti su fatture di nemmeno €80. Chiamate al numero verde senza risposte per giorni; nonostante gli accordi per fatturazione bimestrale invia fatture mensili poi di nuovo bimestrale poi di nuovo mensili in un mese per una utenza mi sono arrivate fino a tre fatture; passaggio ovvio ad altro operatore ed ominia che fa? Si tiene per intero il deposito cauzionale, manda continui conguagli nonostante fossi già con il nuovo gestore, oltre ai continui conguagli sempre dopo il passaggio ad altro operatore ominia continua a mandare fatture con diciture tipo "ricalcolo accordo commerciale" o qualcosa del genere; ominia energia (settore metano): passaggio ad altro operatore ed ominia manda una fattura con un mio credito di circa €80 nel mese di agosto 2021. Secondo voi ho mai visto un ventesimo? Ovvio che no... Attenti a questo pseudo operatore di energia!!!

Calls to the toll-free number for days without answers; despite the billing agreements bimonthly sends monthly invoices then again bimonthly then again monthly in a month for a user I have received up to three invoices; obvious passage to another operator and what does hominy do? Omnia continues to send invoices with words such as "recalculation of the commercial agreement" or something like that; Energy (methane sector): transfer to another operator and ominia sends an invoice with my credit of about € 80 in August 2021. Do you think I have ever seen a twentieth? Of course not ... Beware of this pseudo energy operator !!!
