Luka, our guide, gave us an explanation of the entire process, growing location, and why these oils are different from larger commercial producers. He allowed us to taste as many oils and products as we wanted, even giving us recipe ideas. The prices range from $15 - $100+, so there's a product in every price range. The Garda DOP oils, olive pate, and balsamic vinegars are heavenly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time for olive oil tasting. Our guide was really nice, his enthusiasm and knowledge convinced us too :) magnificent tastes, we couldn't stop at 1 bottle so we took a package of 4 at the end of the tour. :D international order is possible, I'm sure we will use it in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an excellent experience, we were able to taste a variety of olive oils and vinegars, locally grown and produced. All very good, including education on the oils and how to taste. Range of sizes and prices depending on how much you prefer to spend, can’t buy this in grocery store or abroad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like locally sourced products and great taste, then check out OlioCRU. If you want, you can have a full tasting experience of the oils, vinegars, compotes, wines and their new inventions. We were amazed, especially by the apple balsamic!
The staff really cares about their products and will explain how they are made. They will also show you a trick to check if you have 100% olive oil or a product that has been tampered with.
Some people will find this expensive. But consider: if you buy quality products: "a little goes a long way". You will only need a few drops to make your dish taste spectacular.
