Ho assaggiato sia l’olio "Chianarini" dal sapore deciso, con un giusto equilibrio di note dolci e amare al palato e dai profumi intensi e persistenti ; sia l’olio Austella" dal sapore più delicato con lievi sfumature di amaro, ma più dolce. Li uso entrambi a crudo su moltissimi piatti e nel cucinato. Una nota a parte per il proprietario , il sig. Matteo che si è mostrato molto professionale nel fornirmi spiegazioni oltre alla cordialità ed all'accoglienza presso l'azienda di famiglia. Che dire.....chi prova l'olio "Pinto" ci ritorna di sicuro. Io ci sono ritornata e non da sola. I tasted the "Pinto" oil on the recommendation of some friends, and I found this oil truly exceptional. I tasted both the "Chianarini" oil with a strong flavor, with the right balance of sweet and bitter notes on the palate and with intense and persistent aromas; both Austella oil "with a more delicate flavor with slight bitter nuances, but sweeter. I use them both raw on many dishes and in cooking. A separate note for the owner, Mr. Matteo who was very professional in providing me with explanations in addition to the friendliness and welcome at the family business.
