Oltre alla classica sala attrezzi e pesistica da palestra, è possibile allenarsi a corpo libero con una serie infinita di alternative e possibilità con allenamenti personalizzati, seguiti passo dopo passo dagli istruttori.
Palestra con attrezzi di tutti i tipi, allenatori sempre presenti e la possibilità di crescere ed imparare ogni giorno. Felice di aver fatto questa scelta, la consiglio assolutamente.

What struck me most about this gym? The passion and dedication instructors have in teaching / educating / helping and motivating their members.
In addition to the classic gym equipment and weightlifting room, it is possible to train free body with an infinite series of alternatives and possibilities with personalized workouts, followed step by step by the instructors.
Gym with all kinds of equipment, coaches always present and the opportunity to grow and learn every day. Happy to have made this choice, I absolutely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra più bella di sempre! Io mi sono sempre annoiata ad andare in palestra, sono sempre durata molto poco, ma poi ho scoperto loro! Sono fantastici, sempre disponibili, con attrezzi e corsi di ultima generazione, non è la classica palestra con i classici attrezzi con sempre gli stessi esercizi, qui sei sempre in movimento e alleni il tuo corpo con se stesso!
The best gym ever! I have always bored going to the gym, I'm always very little time, but then I found them! They are fantastic, always available, with latest generation tools and courses, it is not the classic gym with the classic tools with the same exercises, here you are always on the move and train your body with itself!
