★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buongiorno ,ho conosciuto Cristian su internet x alcuni acquisti on line,e devo dire ,cheoltre al modo di fare dei siciliani che è stupendo ,ho avuto modo di avere a che fare con una persona educata e gentile tanto che ad un ordine non del tutto errato mi sono sentito dire,:
"tranquillo,ti invio l'ordine giusto e quando puoi spedisci indietro a mie spese quello errato"....
Per quanto riguarda la Signora che alle volte risponde al tel.,non è una specialista della pesca,e ti dice solamente se Cristian puo rispondere o eventualmente ti chiede un recapito x farti richiamare......
A mio avviso ,prezzi veramente concorrenziali

As for the Lady who sometimes answers the phone, she is not a fisheries specialist, and only tells you if Cristian can answer or eventually asks you for an address to let you call back ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho risposto ad un'offerta per quanto riguarda una muta. Concordato che avrei acquistato una determinata taglia, anche se avevo molti impegni, sono andato da Siracusa a Catania per sfruttare l'offerta.
Arrivato in negozio mi hanno detto che non c'era la taglia.
Al momento ha cercato soluzioni facendo la persona gentile, ma si è rimangiato il tutto il giorno successivo.

Non vi fidate del negoziante & co. Controllate bene ciò che acquistate perché il reso non funziona anche su prodotti non conformi agli originali o difettosi. Quindi anche se siete clienti fidelizzati , strisciate la carta di credito e loro vi dicono che vi accontentano (come mi è stato detto in maniera evidente da una delle commesse). In cosa non si capisce visto che non vedono la roba gratis. Molto deluso del trattamento che mi hanno riservato. Sicuramente non entrerò più in questo negozio con pubblicità assolutamente negativa.

Don't trust the shopkeeper & co. Check carefully what you buy because the return does not work even on products that do not conform to the original or defective. So even if you are a loyal customer, swipe your credit card and they tell you that they will satisfy you (as I was clearly told by one of the orders). What you don't understand since they don't see the free stuff. Very disappointed with the treatment they gave me. I will definitely never enter this shop with absolutely negative publicity again.
