Dopo mesi di attesa il giorno dell' appuntamento fissato alle ore 16:00, mi chiama alle ore 15:20 la collaboratrice di Olga Riccio, mentre sono per strada guidando per raggiungere lo studio, e mi dice che erano un po' in ritardo e che avrei dovuto attendere un po' prima del mio turno, io le rispondo che stavo raggiungemdo lo studio e che avrei atteso visto che avevo appositamente preso un giorno di ferie a lavoro. Dopo qualche minuto mi richiama la collaboratrice e mi dice che non dovevo andare perché c'erano altre persone prima di me e per problemi tecnici legati alla rete elettrica non avrebbero potuto servirmi. Le dico che sarei andata da vicino, lei alza il tono dicendo che non dovevo andare e alla mia richiesta di un nuovo appuntamento mi dice che non può darmelo e che se si liberava qualche posto mi avrebbe richiamata. Che dire professionalita' zero!! Mi ha fatto attendere mesi, mi ha fatto prendere un giorno di ferie inutilmente ed a pochi giorni dal Natale mi ha lasciata a terra senza neanche un nuovo appuntamento. Giudicate voi!!! Bad treatment! After months of waiting on the day of the appointment set at 16:00, Olga Riccio's collaborator calls me at 15:20, while I am on the road driving to reach the studio, and she tells me that they were a little late and that I should have waited a little before my shift, I reply that I was reaching the studio and that I would have waited since I had specially taken a day off for work. After a few minutes the collaborator calls me back and tells me that I shouldn't go because there were other people before me and because of technical problems related to the electrical network they could not have used me. I tell her that I would have gone up close, she raises her tone saying that I shouldn't go and at my request for a new appointment she tells me that she can't give it to me and that if she freed herself some place she would call me back. What about zero professionalism !! It made me wait months, made me take a day of vacation unnecessarily and a few days before Christmas left me on the ground without even a new appointment. You judge !!!

Nonostante lei mi avesse detto che sarebbero diventate scure, effetto dovuto alla formazione delle crosticine, vedendole così marcate e scure non mi piacevano affatto. Poi pian piano, sono comparse delle sopracciglia perfette, ben disegnare, delineate, uniche. Per non parlare poi della pulizia della studio! Grazie Olga per la tua disponibilità , gentilezza e dolcezza, ma soprattutto per la tua bravura, sei un' artista. La consiglio a tutti ? Scelta giustissima, Olga oltre ad essere gentile, mette fin da subito a proprio agio, ha una grande professionalità. Ha reso il mio viso molto più armonioso di come lo è naturalmente, avendo 2 sopracciglia dalla forma completamente diversa, non ha però stravolto il mio viso. Gentilissima anche l’assistente che mi ha spiegato tutto sia prima che dopo il trattamento. Consigliatissima! Ogni ritocco annuale l’ho dovuto fare (e pagare) due volte poiché escono sempre grigie, l’altra volta una era più chiara dell’altra…però la motivazione è sempre la pelle, gli ormoni, il cielo e i pianeti. Non è forse perché ogni volta, non avendo una scheda cliente va sempre ad occhio? Il ritocco annuale per esigenze di profitto è spostato a 18 mesi. Già questo rovina il lavoro facendo espandere troppo il colore. Quando ti rivolgi ad una persona che ti tocca la faccia ti aspetti che quanto meno si prenda le sue responsabilità! Invece mi è stato risposto che quando esco da li il lavoro è perfetto! Praticamente io devo andare in giro per i prossimi mesi con una macchia grigia sulla faccia!!! Quindi le foto che vedete è sempre il lavoro appena fatto se va male ti attacchi, e paghi un ritocco annuale 300 euro e +! Zero professionalism, only appearance.
