Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo ed ambiente molto rilassante anche grazie al personale molto gentile Fresh and well cooked fish. An excellent dinner where everything was taken care of from the first to the last moment. Excellent value for money and very relaxing environment thanks to the very kind staff

Ci hanno accompagnato nella scelta dei piatti e per il resto della cena con particolare attenzione. Il locale è elegante e chic. La cucina è stellare, con pesce fresco e piatti con accostamenti curati. Offre anche opzioni di terra. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto di pesce con 4 freddi, 4 caldi e 4 crudi che ci ha fatto impazzire. E per primo una mezza manica con gambero rosso e burrata, mantecata perfettamente, la più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Poi uno spaghetto con alici, pecorino e pistacchi: un accostamento azzeccato e originale. Ringrazio ancora il personale per la bellissima esperienza e l’attenzione. Stupefacente. Una certezza per chi viene a San Felice. The new restaurant in San Felice Circeo, among the other restaurants in the village, certainly stands out for the kindness of the owners and staff, who pay attention to detail and care for the experience. They accompanied us in the choice of dishes and for the rest of the dinner with particular attention. The place is elegant and chic. The cuisine is stellar, with fresh fish and dishes with careful combinations. It also offers ground options. We had a mixed fish starter with 4 cold, 4 hot and 4 raw which blew us away. And first of all a half sleeve with red shrimp and burrata, perfectly creamed, the best I've ever eaten. Then a spaghetti with anchovies, pecorino cheese and pistachios: a perfect and original combination. Thanks again to the staff for the wonderful experience and attention. Amazing. A certainty for those who come to San Felice.

Quando siamo stati accolti ci hanno affettuosamente detto "ah è questo l'alano di cui parlavate!!" E hanno portato di iniziativa una ciotola con l'acqua per la cucciola. Ci hanno offerto un prosecco e una fritturina di benvenuto. Ci siamo fatti consigliare dalla simpaticissima cameriera e devo dire che il soutè misto che abbiamo preso (il primo della nostra vita) ci ha assolutamente conquistati. Nella pagina del menù "consigliati dallo chef" abbiamo preso il primo con alici pistacchio e pecorino e quello con polipetti e pecorino, entrambi deliziosi. Contando anche una bottiglia d'acqua abbiamo pagato 48€. Quindi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A fine pasto ci siamo fatti consigliare dalla proprietaria una bottiglia di vino da portar via, trattandosi di un'enoteca. Disponibilissima, ce la ha confezionata e portata al tavolo così da facilitarci le cose (avendo la cucciola con noi è stato molto gradito non doverla portare fino alla cassa e avere la possibilità di pagare da seduti). Esperienza impeccabile, tempi di servizio giusti (anche se probabilmente abbiamo atteso meno anche perché siamo stati i primi ad arrivare). Da tornare!! TOP Last night my boyfriend and I went by calling in advance to find out if dogs were allowed. When we were greeted we were affectionately told "ah this is the great dane you were talking about !!" And they brought a bowl of water for the puppy on their own initiative. They offered us a welcome prosecco and fritturina. We got advice from the very nice waitress and I must say that the mixed soutè we took (the first of our life) absolutely won us over. In the menu page "recommended by the chef" we took the first with pistachio and pecorino anchovies and the one with octopus and pecorino, both delicious. Counting even a bottle of water we paid 48 €. So excellent value for money. At the end of the meal we asked the owner to recommend a bottle of wine to take away, since it is a wine shop. Very helpful, she packed it and brought it to the table so as to make things easier (having the puppy with us it was very welcome not to have to carry it to the cash desk and have the possibility to pay while seated). Impeccable experience, right service times (although we probably waited less also because we were the first to arrive). To come back !!

Pranzo perfetto con pesce di qualità, ottime porzioni e carta dei vini ampia (essendo anche enoteca). Personale sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto, super soddisfatto.....ci tornerò !! SUPER!!! Easy to reach, at the foot of Mount Circeo with a beautiful view. New restaurant, modern and with attention to detail. Perfect lunch with quality fish, excellent portions and an extensive wine list (being also a wine shop). Staff always available, kind and professional. Perfect value for money, super satisfied ..... I'll be back !!

La cantina di livello sostiene perfettamente le proposte dello Chef. L’atmosfera serale fantastica all'interno del pergolato con vista sul monte Circeo contribuisce significativamente ad impreziosire l’esperienza presso l’OLEUM. Last but not least: ottima la qualità delle materie prime ad un costo contenuto e sostenibile! Having now become a point of reference for the place, it is always a great pleasure to follow a path recommended by the dining room staff, hospitable and prepared. The level cellar perfectly supports the Chef's proposals. The fantastic evening atmosphere inside the pergola overlooking Mount Circeo significantly contributes to enriching the experience at the OLEUM. Last but not least: excellent quality of raw materials at a low and sustainable cost!

Il locale è gradevolissimo nella disposizione è presentazione dei tavoli in veranda e il livello del servizio è molto alto, pur rimanendo confidenziale e amichevole. Il ristorante si distingue principalmente per la preparazione di piatti a base di pesce, sia antipasti, sia primi che secondi, tutti di alta qualità e con abbinamenti anche innovativi. Una nota di merito ai dolci della casa che hanno una ampia selezione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è particolarmente adeguato, posizionandosi comunque nella fascia medio/alta. Anche la selezione dei vini risulta più che adeguata. Sicuramente da frequentare se si vuole mangiare del buon pesce in un bell'ambiente! A pleasant surprise to find a good restaurant on via Sabaudia in the old headquarters of the Locanda degli Artisti. The place is very pleasant in the layout and presentation of the tables on the veranda and the level of service is very high, while remaining confidential and friendly. The restaurant stands out mainly for the preparation of fish-based dishes, both appetizers, both first and second courses, all of high quality and with innovative combinations. A note of merit to the homemade desserts which have a wide selection. The value for money is particularly adequate, however it is positioned in the medium / high range. The wine selection is also more than adequate. Definitely to attend if you want to eat good fish in a beautiful environment!
