R	Ruggiero Botta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’Oleum é davvero un posto incantevole. Si respira aria di pace e serenità. Immerso nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Capri. Fare il bagno in una piscina, piccola ma bellissima, con intorno il verde e gli ulivi e l’isola di Capri (vicinissima) che ti fa compagnia non ha prezzo. Per non parlare il godersi la piscina e le sdraio durante la notte di una calda estate, guardando il cielo stellato e immergersi in una pace meravigliosa é un vero toccasana. A tutta questa bellezza si aggiunge l’estrema gentilezza, cordialità e bontà dei proprietari. Ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Felicissimo di aver scoperto questo posto. Ci ritornerò certamente ! Oleum is truly a lovely place. There is an air of peace and serenity. Surrounded by greenery, with a breathtaking view of the island of Capri. Bathing in a swimming pool, small but beautiful, with greenery and olive trees around and the island of Capri (very close) that keeps you company is priceless. Not to mention enjoying the swimming pool and deck chairs during the night of a hot summer, looking at the starry sky and immersing yourself in a wonderful peace is a real cure-all. To all this beauty is added the extreme kindness, friendliness and kindness of the owners. They make you feel at home. Delighted to have discovered this place. I will certainly be back!
a	anna maria vitiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso tre splendidi giorni in questa struttura veramente accogliente in un ambiente familiare, la cortesia di Pino e del suo Papa' sono un valore aggiunto alla vacanza, la loro genuinita' coniuga alla perfezione l'ospitalita' con la bonta' dei loro prodotti, olio, marmellate, pomodori salumi e formaggi e tanto altro ancora che assumono un sapore particolare.Le camere sono essenziali nell'arredamento e pulite, i colori delle ceramiche tipiche del Sud ed in particolare della Costiera, attireranno la Vs attenzione.Punto di forza la zona piscina con idromassaggio e terrazza, al ritorno dal mare o dopo una giornata trascorsa passeggiando per i sentieri potrete ricaricare le energie bevendo un caffe' o un aperitivo.Aggiungo che anche la posizione e' strategica, non lontano dalle tipiche mete prese d'assalto in questo periodo, circa 20 minuti da Nerano e a pochi minuti da Marina della Lobra, Marina di Puolo mete meno gettonate ma dove anche in questo periodo di maggiore affluenza ritroverete tranquillità senza perdere il fascino della Costiera, a 900 metri da una delle Terrazze piu' panoramiche di tutto il territorio nella Frazione di Santa Maria.Insomma non vi resta che provare!!!p.s.in ricordo di questi giorni abbiamo portato a casa Olio e marmellate prodotti dalla casa? Camera nuova, ampia e pulita, caratterizzata da ceramiche vietresi. Il signor Pino è super accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Colazione dolce e salata buona ? If you want to experience Italian hospitality and an authentic farm to table breakfast, this is the place to be. A/C and great showers also a super +. These people took us in like family for our stay. Would love to visit again some day.

The breakfast was very generous and nice. We also bought their olive oil to take back home. It was our pleasure to stay here.

A nice swimming pool and solarium on top, as well as other relaxation places. The rooms have AC and solid internet connection. The staff is really friedly and helpful and they will do everything needed to make you feel confortable.
