Ho chiesto un PREVENTIVO PRIMA DI COMINCIARE questo lavoro (quanto sara il costo di SMONTARE e CAMBIARE tutto necessario). Il ragazzo che lavora li a detto che mi chiama fra 2 giorni, invece ha dimenticato e ho dovuto telefonare io dopo 5 giorni e nessuna risposta non mi ha detto. Io sono andato a prendere i martinetti per portare in altra officina per riparazione. Quando li ho visto erano tutte due smontati a pezzi. E per questo mi hanno detto anche per pagare 70 euro. Scusate, ma non si guadagnano cosi i soldi senza fare niente. Quando fatte un accordo mantienete la promessa fino alla fine.
Good evening. I came to "Oleodinamica Palmerini in Ponte San Giovanni" to repair the 2 jacks. I asked for a QUOTE BEFORE BEGINNING this job (how much will it cost to DISASSEMBLE and CHANGE everything necessary). The guy who works there said he would call me in 2 days, instead he forgot and I had to call me after 5 days and he didn't tell me any answer. I went to get the jacks to take to another workshop for repair. When I saw them they were both disassembled to pieces. And for this they also told me to pay 70 euros. Sorry, but they don't make money like that without doing anything. When you make a deal, keep your promise to the end.
