★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and historical olive oil production. Strong concentrated taste and quite aromatic. Not as bitter as the ones from tuscany. The owner also gave a tour of the production process there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quirky but unfortunately the owner gave no chat about the oil or the company. He wasn't that friendly or passionate about the products. The oil was ok, I personally prefer a stronger flavour. But obviously the quality is quite good. I prefer the oil in the Puglia region.
