Quest'anno lo comprato da me perché era da tanto che non avevo un olio così. Un aroma di oliva "genuina" un profumo intenso. Ho preso pure alcuni litri non filtrato, ha un sapore un po' più forte sulla minestra sarà favoloso. Per adesso l'ho assaggiato sul pane ed è buonissimo. Ringrazio Alfonso Licastro per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità e un plauso va' anche alla spedizione veloce, sicura e ben protetta, il corriere lo ha chiamato " è arrivato un bancalino". I miei nipotini si sono gustati, ricoperte da questo olio dolcissimo che non pizzica in gola, delle buone e gustose bruschette e me ne hanno chiesto ancora, al posto delle solite merendine del supermercato. Io ho apprezzato il forte gusto di oliva che questo prodotto riesce a trasmetterti al primo assaggio e ne sono rimasto sorpreso. Per chi ama gusti più decisi il non filtrato ha una marcia in più rispetto a quello filtrato, tutti e due esaltano il gusto dell’ alimento che condite senza alterarne il sapore. Ne sono rimasto soddisfatto e il titolare mi ha offerto uno sconto di 8€ sul prossimo ordine. Lo consiglio anche a chi ha neonati e/o bambini piccoli a casa per educare al buon cibo fin da subito i nostri bimbi I received the tasting samples of their oil.
