★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da anni mi fornisco da loro e l olio e'sempre stato d altissima qualita', non a caso hanno pareti tappezzate di premi. Di poco piu'caro della media ma assolutamente giustificato.
for years I have been supplying them and the oil has always been of the highest quality, not surprisingly they have walls covered with prizes. Slightly more than average but absolutely justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTALE MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITA’. NON RISPETTANO GLI APPUNTAMENTI PER LA MOLITURA.
Appuntamento preso con una settimana di anticipo, ferie e permessi presi per raccogliere le olive rigorosamente nelle 24-36 ore precedenti la molitura e avere olio di casa di qualità, arriviamo con 5 quintali di olive puntuali all’appuntamento e loro dichiarano che sono indietro di tre giorni causa un lutto!
Non sono adeguatamenti attrezzati per situazioni particolari, non avvisano chi ha prenotato di non raccogliere e nemmeno compensano il disagio creato con un calo dei costi di molitura.
Epilogo: trovato un altro santo frantoio che compassionevolmente ci ha fissato un appuntamento per domani mattina presto.

TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. THE MILLING APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT RESPECTED.
Appointment made a week in advance, holidays and permits taken to harvest the olives rigorously in the 24-36 hours before milling and to have quality house oil, we arrive with 5 quintals of olives on time for the appointment and they declare that they are behind three days cause mourning!
They are not equipped adaptations for particular situations, they do not warn those who have booked not to collect and neither do they compensate for the inconvenience created with a drop in milling costs.
Epilogue: found another holy oil mill who compassionately made an appointment for us early tomorrow.
