Mi sono immaginato le persone che ci sono vissute prima, i nobili, la servitù e quant'altro.. Riguardo i cibi, ho provato la pizza che ha un impasto leggerissimo a lievitazione H24, ottima perché non mi è risultata pesante da digerire, inoltre gli ingredienti erano freschissimi, dal pomodoro alla mozzarella. Ma comunque volendo si può assaggiare anche la cucina tipica romana e anche quella di mare.Molta scelta anche riguardo i secondi di carne. I prezzi sono eccellenti e una nota di merito va anche allo staff, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Inoltre il proprietario è simpaticissimo e mi ha raccontato alcune cose che non sapevo riguardo gli antichi metodi che usano per impasti e tipologia di forno, le pizze per esempio, sono cotte con forno a legna ma su mattone e le consiglio davvero a chi piace una base sottile e croccante. Diffidate dalle cattive recensioni su TripAdvisor inoltre, a volte le persone esagerano per ogni tipo di cosa, perché sinceramente non ho riscontrato nessun problema in questo locale. We were 7 and ordered 2 pizzas, 2 gnocchi, 1 grilled seafood for 2 and 1fried seafood, 2 bottles of water and a beer. (there weren't many people) For drinks we waited 20 minutes, then we got pizzas and after another 10 minutes gnocchi came and the waiter said that in 5 minutes we would get the rest courses. But unfortunately we get it 60 minutes later. As I said the seafood wasn't tasty. I asked for the bill and we were waiting another 15 minutes. I mentioned to the waiter about the delay and that we were waiting much too long so we want a discount. The owner of this place just said 'sorry' and that's it. And we had to pay 91euro. I am a patient person but this time it was too much for me. I think it wasn't fair. So if you want to eat fast take pizza.
