Servizio un po‘ troppo a rilento. Pub with a spartan English style. Good selection of beers and appreciated attention for celiacs (excellent gluten-free beer). Service a little too slow.

Andrea Principe, è doveroso precisare che nessun proprietario di alcun locale è tenuto ad offrire nulla su imposizione dei clienti. Tantomeno sol perché era stato indirizzato da un amico in comune col proprietario. E di sicuro, i commensali erano totalmente sconosciuti al gestore! Aver assistito ad una così spiacevole circostanza alla cassa, mi porta a doverle esprimere il mio pensiero, ovvero che la serietà si vede da ben altre cose, e non dal modo in cui le ha preteso!!! Sono sicura che se avesse avuto i modi giusti, lo “sconto” che pretendeva lo avrebbe avuto anche senza chiederlo! In reference to Mr. Andrea Principe, it should be noted that no owner of any premises is required to offer anything on customer taxation. Abbiamo atteso come richiesto dal cameriere ma, nel momento in cui si è liberato un posto, hanno destinato il nostro tavolo ad altre 4 persone- non aventi prenotazione- appena sopraggiunte sul luogo. Nonostante io abbia sottolineato che il tavolo in questione lo avessero "promesso" due minuti prima a noi, ci hanno liquidato rispondendoci QUI FUNZIONA COSÌ. Avrei gradito che al momento della prenotazione al telefono mi avessero riferito che "chi prima arriva prima si siede" anziché prendermi in giro facendomi scegliere anche un orario. Although I pointed out that the table in question had "promised" it to us two minutes before, they liquidated us by replying HERE IT WORKS SO. I would have liked that at the time of booking on the phone they had told me that "whoever arrives first sits down" instead of making fun of me by making me choose a time.

Una volta arrivati sul posto in pieno anticipo, non solo ci hanno riferito di aspettare che si liberasse un tavolo ma hanno fatto accomodare altre persone giunte sul posto senza prenotazione manifestando un comportamento del tutto scortese nei confronti di chi stava aspettando e si era presentato lì con la prenotazione. Non so come sia questo locale come qualità dei piatti ma se mancano cordialità e rispetto verso i clienti non ha senso fare ristorazione. PS. Oltretutto quando abbiamo chiesto della nostra prenotazione sembrava che non sapessero l'esistenza. Reservation for 9.00 pm ... Ottime le birre alla spina e personale molto gentile The best pub in the area to eat excellent sandwiches and fries, with the background of excellent 80's rock music, which is located on the seafront, a stone's throw from the sea.
