★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exhibition should have been open until 10PM but at 9PM it is already closed, congrats, that's a very nice way to promote a new place.
I had big expectations from this new life of OGR but the first impression hasn't been that nice.
Outside:
Why make dunes at the entrance and don't even think that people will probably like to walk on to take pictures to share? Very cheap signs, in Italian only, warns about the interdiction.
Why that light green for the wall? it reminds me about an '80s public school.
Inside:
I went at the upstair bar, the service wasn't that fast also if there weren't a lot of people.
A dj set would probably be appreciated.
There is too much light from below and the atmosphere in general isn't that cool for an all new location.
I hope exhibitions will be very attractive but I think there's still something to work on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the venue for Droidcon Turin. The location is a little outside of the city center, adjacent to the Politecnico university. There are plenty of hotels in the area, so accommodation is not really an issue. The space itself is huge, and can easily host 2000 people. The quality of the internals is really good. I liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Post-modern industrial architecture, formerly a train factory, now hosting art exhibitions, startups incubator and high tech companies offices, plus a couple of great restaurants and a super cool cocktail bar.

Fantastic atmosphere, Fabulicious food, Wonderful service.. sit at a long table and enjoy.. A must if you're visiting Torino!
Modern colored lights and iron made sculptures. Kind and skilled staff. Informal but elegant, modern but inspiring old fashion.
