M	Margherita Ferraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrazza in legno sul mare. Piatti di pesce fresco, preparati benissimo e sopratutto presentati in maniera impeccabile. Personale gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Wooden terrace overlooking the sea. Fresh fish dishes, very well prepared and above all impeccably presented. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Man wartet erstmal 20 Minuten bis jemand überhaupt eine Bestellung aufnimmt und dann wartet man noch mindestens 1 Stunde auf das Essen. Auf die Frage, wo unser Essen bleibt, da wir seit über 1 Stunde warteten, kam eine Arrogante Antwort der Kellnerin. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und nach dem Essen zu schauen, werden wir von ihr noch Dumm angemacht. Ich und meine Frau haben uns nach fast 1,75 stunden entschieden den Lokal zu verlassen und das ohne etwas gegessen zu haben! Der Besitzer wurde daraufhin Aggressiv und unhöflich. Man riskiert hier, trotz eines sehr schlechten Service seinerseits, eine dicke Lippe. Unprofessionell, unorganisiert, amateure und Arrogant. NEVER EVER! I have never seen such inexperienced, arrogant waiters and owners in my life. First you wait 20 minutes until someone even takes an order and then you wait at least 1 hour for the food. When asked where our food is, since we had been waiting for over 1 hour, the waitress gave an arrogant answer. Instead of apologizing and looking after the meal, we are turned on by her stupid. Me and my wife decided to leave the restaurant after almost 1.75 hours and without having eaten anything! The owner then became aggressive and rude. You risk a big lip here, despite the very poor service on your part. Unprofessional, disorganized, amateur and arrogant. NEVER EVER!

Ma il fatto che più chiedevi e più ti dicevano la stessa cosa #stanno uscendo...poi il panino era freddo... vabbè lasciamo stare The beautiful facility But with the place not packed Last night for an order of 2 sandwiches and a schnitzel with chips A wait of 1 hour and 30 ... an absurd thing. Per quanto riguarda gli analcolici vanno bene, ma gli alcolici non sono buoni e dopo aver chiesto di rifarne uno ci è arrivato lo stesso bicchiere allungato con dell'acqua, irrispettosi su questo punto di vista. Ridere. The wait if you want to have dinner is extremely long and the organization is really poor. As far as soft drinks are concerned, they are fine, but alcohol is not good and after asking to make one again, we got the same glass lengthened with water, disrespectful of this point of view. Wonderful place, splendid terrace overlooking the sea, trained and courteous staff attentive to all customer needs ... ate very well and I recommend to everyone!

Il pane era dolce, il polpo durissimo e insapore ed il condimento esagerato tanto da colare a dismisura (insalata,stracciatella, pomodorini,salse, ecc.) . Le patatine fritte erano buone ma non dovrebbero confondere la sottiletta sciolta con il cheddar che si può trovare in Uk ma non di certo a Cariati! We just wanted to have lunch with an octopus sandwich, but to great disappointment we came out in disgust. The bread was sweet, the octopus very hard and tasteless and the seasoning exaggerated so much that it dripped out of proportion (salad, stracciatella, cherry tomatoes, sauces, etc.). The fries were good but they shouldn't confuse the melted slices with the cheddar which can be found in the UK but certainly not in Cariati!

Il locale è interamente sulla spiaggia: questo permette di cenare in un luogo ventilato con un forte odore del mare. Tra gli antipasti abbiamo scelto il tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali: salame rosso con peperone, salame piccante e formaggi. I panini si dividono tra quelli di carne e pesce: personalmente ho apprezzato molto il panino con il salmone arrostito all’interno. Oltre ai panini è possibile ordinare carne al piatto oppure misti di pesce alla brace. Ottima l’Ichnusa alla spina. Servizio preparato e gentile, prezzo davvero ottimo (4 persone abbiamo pagato circa 15-17€ a persona), potreste aspettare un po’ di tempo prima di sedervi al tavolo poiché d’Estate è molto affollato. The Retrò pub is nearing the end of the Cariati promenade. The restaurant is entirely on the beach: this allows you to dine in a breezy place with a strong smell of the sea. Among the appetizers we chose the platter of local cold cuts and cheeses: red salami with pepper, spicy salami and cheeses. The sandwiches are divided between those of meat and fish: I personally enjoyed the sandwich with the salmon roasted inside. In addition to sandwiches, it is possible to order meat on the plate or mixed grilled fish. The Ichnusa on tap is excellent. Prepared and kind service, really good price (4 people we paid about € 15-17 per person), you might wait a little while before sitting at the table as it is very crowded in Summer.
