I commenti negativi temo siano legati ad una campagna denigratoria. Ci tenevo a lasciare un commento perché nel panorama romano, sopratutto per interventi di un centro livello di complessità ed importi, si trovano pochissimi professionisti seri e preparati, e questo è il caso. Se vi servono referenze reali non esitate a contattarmi. Ps. Lo studio ha seguito oltre me diverse persone su mio suggerimento con lavori importanti (per prestigio e valore economico) in zone di roma centrali e altamente prestigiose. I wanted to leave a comment because in the Roman panorama, especially for interventions of a center level of complexity and importance, there are very few serious and prepared professionals, and this is the case. Hanno ristrutturato la mia vecchia casa e l’hanno trasformata in un posto da sogno, con cura e competenza, gentilezza ed estrema professionalità. La squadra di operai si è sempre posta con noi con gentilezza e disponibilità, ascoltando le nostre esigenze e cercando di soddisfarle al meglio. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque il loro operato, soprattutto perché riescono a personalizzare ogni esigenza. Before being two competent and prepared architects, they are two fantastic women. They renovated my old house and transformed it into a dream place, with care and competence, kindness and extreme professionalism. The team of workers has always been with us with kindness and availability, listening to our needs and trying to satisfy them as best as possible. Devo dire da subito si è creata una forte empatia. Le architette sono state molto efficienti nel propormi diverse soluzioni. Attente e professionali mi hanno accompagnato con pazienza anche nella scelta dei materiali. Direi sicuramente consigliato! I contacted the studio for the renovation of my apartment (in particular I had great doubts about the new bathroom layout). I must say immediately a strong empathy was created. The architects were very efficient in proposing various solutions to me. Attentive and professional, they accompanied me patiently even in the choice of materials. Definitely recommended!
R	Riccardo De Mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un uomo che vive praticamente sotto l'appartamento il cui proprietario ha scelto la ditta "Officina Norma" e mi trovo costretto a dover far presente le diverse problematiche che sono emerse durante il periodo di lavori. Per prima cosa il personale è qualcosa di ingestibile e inaffidabile, l'architetta più volte contattata dai condomini per avanzare alcune richieste si è sempre dimostrata MALEDUCATA, inattendibile e facilona. Gli operai lasciamo perdere, è impossibile poterci parlare per chiare ed evidenti difficoltà linguistiche e non hanno MAI rispettato gli orari di riposo (che rendono quindi la giornata lavorativa lunga più di 15 ore)e le norme Covid. Durante questi 4 mesi e mezzo essi hanno spaccato, strusciato strumenti e trapanato senza sosta e considerando la mia posizione da ministeriale che per 3 volte a settimana lavora in modalità smart working è facilmente intuibile che questa ditta mi ha reso la vita impossibile da inizio ottobre 2021 (inizio lavori) fino ad oggi (e non sono finiti i lavori). Sconsiglio quindi l'Officina Norma a chiunque abbia bisogno di un servizio efficiente, professionale e rispettoso. I am a man who lives practically under the apartment whose owner has chosen the company "Officina Norma" and I am forced to point out the various problems that have emerged during the period of work. First of all, the staff is something unmanageable and unreliable, the architect contacted several times by condominiums to make some requests has always proved RUDE, unreliable and easy. The workers forget it, it is impossible to be able to speak to each other due to clear and obvious linguistic difficulties and they have NEVER respected the rest hours (which therefore make the working day longer than 15 hours) and Covid regulations. During these 4 and a half months they have split, rubbed tools and drilled without stopping and considering my position as a ministerial who works in smart working mode 3 times a week, it is easy to understand that this company has made my life impossible since the beginning of October 2021. (works start) up to now (and the works are not finished). Therefore, I do not recommend Officina Norma to anyone who needs an efficient, professional and respectful service.
