★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo rimasti a piedi a Bagnoregio causa guasto all'alternatore. Eravamo in vacanza a Civita e dovevamo rientrare a Reggio Emilia. Ci siamo recati in questa autofficina. Non ci hanno nemmeno aperto il cofano della macchina. Ci hanno detto che non se ne parlava fino al giorno dopo. Poi ci hanno abbandonato al nostro destino. Totale mancanza di disponibilità ed empatia.
We remained on foot in Bagnoregio due to a fault with the alternator. We were on vacation in Civita and we had to return to Reggio Emilia. We went to this garage. They didn't even open the hood of the car for us. They told us it wasn't talked about until the next day. Then they abandoned us to our fate. Total lack of availability and empathy.
