Auto pagata in anticipo, da consegnare dopo 15 giorni lavorativi, ritirata dopo oltre 3 mesi e mezzo dall'acquisto e dopo l'intervento del nostro avvocato, che ovviamente abbiamo dovuto pagare, senza che ci venisse riconosciuto alcunchè. Ma oltre ciò il nostro giudizio è negativo per il modo di approcciare il cliente.
Very bad experience with buying an import used car for my wife. Car paid in advance, to be delivered after 15 working days, collected after more than 3 and a half months from the purchase and after the intervention of our lawyer, who obviously had to pay, without being recognized anything. But beyond that, our judgment is negative for the way we approach the customer.
