It is not my workshop but I have been going there for revisions for many years and I can say that the staff is competent and reliable I have three cars and when they are close to the end of each car I receive the notice card at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentre effettuavano il tagliando mi hanno fatto presente che avevo la cuffia rotta ed andava sostituita in modo da eliminare il rumore che sentivo in curva. Dopo aver effettuato il lavoro ho ritirato il veicolo ma con mio grande dispiacere ho scoperto che non c’era più il rumore sporadico che sentivo ma un cigolio costante che manda fuori di testa. Fatto presente al meccanico il problema mi è stato risposto che solo dopo aver rimontato tutto si era accorto che era danneggiato anche il gommino che causava quel cigolio. Avrei dovuto fargli rismontare tutto x sostituirlo a mie spese. Ma stiamo scherzando!!!
Un meccanico serio l’avrebbe fatto senza chiedere costi aggiuntivi secondo me.
Per cui la mia esperienza è stata negativa
While making the coupon they pointed out to me that I had the headset broken and needed to be replaced in order to eliminate the noise I heard when cornering. After doing the job I picked up the vehicle but to my great regret I discovered that there was no longer the sporadic noise I heard but a constant squeak that sent me out of my mind. Having told the mechanic the problem I was told that only after reassembling everything he realized that the rubber pad that caused that squeak was also damaged. I should have let him reschedule everything to replace it at my expense. Are we joking!!!
A serious mechanic would have done it without asking for additional costs in my opinion.
So my experience was negative
