Les pièces étaient introuvables, ils se sont démenés pour trouver une solution. Trois jours plus tard le vehicule était réparé ! Prix correct pour la localisation bien qu'un peu élevé. Merci à vous ! Super garage which was able to take charge of our broken-down vehicle very quickly. The parts were nowhere to be found, they scrambled to find a solution. Three days later the vehicle was repaired! Correct price for the location although a bit high. Thank you !

Salvo poi rientrare alla base locale e sentire "ah, ma è Ettore, abita qua dietro, è ben bravo!" L	Laura Danelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ripartiva l’auto dai parcheggi del passo Pordoi, dopo vari tentativi l’auto è partita ma restava accesa la spia del motore, con sistema start and stop non disponibile. Siamo di Bergamo, mai stati prima in val di Fassa e in serata dovevamo rientrare e macinare 180 km. Vista la situazione ci siamo fermati in questa officina poiché era la più vicina. Hanno tenuto l’auto in officina per circa un paio d’ore, alla fine hanno dovuto sostituire la batteria. Fin qui, tutto piuttosto regolare, purtroppo però al momento del pagamento ci hanno enunciato il costo della batteria sostituita, 180 €, abbiamo pagato con bancomat immediatamente e ci siamo poi ritrovati sullo scontrino 60 € erotti in più, di manodopera (presumiamo?) non enunciati. Non è onesto e corretto, il conto si comunica nella sua totalità, sempre!! Ci ha riempito di chiacchiere senza essere esaustivo sul totale della spesa fin dall’inizio, quando noi continuavamo a chiedere quanto sarebbe venuta a costare ...state attenti... We are from Bergamo, never been to Val di Fassa before and in the evening we had to come back and grind 180 km. Given the situation we stopped in this workshop as it was the closest. They kept the car in the workshop for about a couple of hours, eventually having to replace the battery. So far, everything was fairly regular, unfortunately, at the time of payment, we were told the cost of the replaced battery, € 180, we paid with an ATM immediately and then we found ourselves on the receipt € 60 more erupted, of manpower (let's assume?) statements. It is not honest and correct, the bill is communicated in its entirety, always !! He filled us with chatter without being exhaustive on the total cost from the beginning, when we kept asking how much it would cost ... be careful ...

Mi pare sconsiderata una cifra di 245 euro più 20 euro di gasolio che mi sono stati chiesti per un problema di questo tipo ,145 euro di queste per la manodopera ! After everything worked perfect with the wrecker of the Officina Rizzi, they told me Friday morning my water pump is broken. Normally – because I needed a special water pump and the nearest warehouses were closed - it would have last till Monday (because of the weekend). But the car workshop manager of the Officina Rizzi made everything to make the impossible possible and I got a new water pump on the same day. Friday my car was repaired, in a perfect condition and ready to drive! So, I am really very excited of the OFFICINA RIZZI & C. DI RIZZI MARIO in the beautiful city of Canazei and recommend it hundred-percent. Grazie mille!
