Nonostante il problema riscontrato (innegabile) il comportamento dello staff dell'officina è stato assolutamente irreprensibile anzi oserei dire "imbarazzante" per la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata mai trovata nei 50 anni precedenti di esperienza. Si sono fatti carico di tutto. Scusandosi anche con il meccanico di CUNEO che mi ha chiamato anche lui stupito!!!!! Sull'onda della rabbia ho scritto cose (sotto) che mi è stato chiesto di non cancellare! Ovviamente gli errori capitano a chi lavora la differenza sta nel come vengono affrontati. CONSIGLIATISSIMA. Ovviamente ci tornerò! ========================================================= Ho portato QUI la mia DUSTER convinto dalle recensioni positive venerdì 9 luglio 2021. IL week end precedente tutte le spie della macchina si erano accese in autostrada e la velocità si era ridotta a 80 km orari. Mercoledì 14 ritiro la macchina pagando 400 euro di riparazione. TUTTO OK MI DICONO. Chiedo conferma per ben due volte dovendo partire per il Piemonte da Roma. Bene dopo 200km le spie della macchina si sono riaccese tutte e la velocità è di 80 km orari....DOMANI LO RICHIAMO (ora è chiuso) MA PER ORA BRUTTA ESPERIENZA. Aggiornamento 17 Luglio: la macchina è ferma dal meccanico in Piemonte. Stesso difetto. Week end rovinato. Problemi di rientro a Roma I edit my review. TOMORROW I WILL CALL IT (now it is closed) BUT FOR NOW BAD EXPERIENCE. Update July 17: the car is stopped by the mechanic in Piedmont. Same flaw. Ruined weekend. Problems returning to Rome

Devo fare 40km (a/r) per arrivare fin qui in caso di problemi, ma li farei anche spingendo la macchina.
